Emery Common makes every effort to convey the correct colours of our product. But we cannot guarantee the colours shown on the website is an accurate reproduction of the product. Each electric devise is different and colours may vary from screen to screen.

Emery Common products are hand made and patten placement may vary from item to item.

If an item you have ordered is not in stock Emery Common will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. Either a refund, change of item or placing your order as a back order. We endeavour to have all stock up to date but if this occurs we will work with you. This however does not relate to items that were knowingly purchased as a pre-order where you, the customer, is waiting for your pre-order to become available to ship.

Due to health reasons hair accessories are unable to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described. Emery Common does not offer returns on sale items unless they are faulty or wrongly described.

Emery Common wants you to enjoy and love your purchase if your items need to be returned are are eligible to be returned please do so within two weeks (14 days) from you date of receipt of the item. 
Contact us to request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) and send back your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns without and RMA number will be refused and returned to you.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot provide exchanges. If you are eligible for a change of mind refund we suggest you request a refund and purchase your desired item separately to avoid disappointment that your desired product is no longer available.
Emery Common does not cover the shipping costs for returned good for change of mind. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of any goos returned. Shipping costs will not be charged for any items. 
Emery Common will refund shipping charges on any items that are being refunded due to an item being faulty or wrongly described. 
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
Custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Emery Common.
Faulty Goods are classifies as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. If possible Emery Common will offer to repair faulty items. If a repair cannot be facilitated we will offer an exchange. An exchange for a similar product will be provided if the same product is no longer available. A full refund will be provided if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 
Emery Common cannot be held responsible if the care instructions have not be followed.
Every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the accurate colour as all computer and devices vary. If you need further clarification on product colours please contact us before you purchase. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and we are happy to work with you if you are trying to colour match for special occasions or outfits.

We endeavour to send out all orders with two business days. However during periods of high volume orders there may be a delay. We will keep you up to date during these periods. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing tracking and shipment information for your Emery Common purchase.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Australian wide we ship via Australia Post Express Post. Australian shipping is AUD10.00 (inclusive of GST). We do not offer a pick up service at this time.

All international deliveries are via Australia Post Standard International Post. This service can take between 6-14 business days depending on your location. International Standard Post in AUD25.00.

Please note Emery Common is not responsible for any import charges, taxes or duties charged by the country where your order is to be delivered, and these are not included in your delivery charge. You are responsible for these charges. 

Emery Common cannot receive items for refund if the applicable charges, taxes and duties have not been paid. These charges will also not be refunded by Emery Common on change of mind returns.

Emery Common is not liable for any delayed shipments due to couriers or customs, and cannot guarantee delivery time frames.
